Outstanding Provider
In April 2009 Kate received the Outstanding Providers Award from Her Majesty's Chief Inspector for Schools at the Queen Elizabeth ll Conference Centre in London.
Ofsted Board Meeting Delegate
In July 2009 Kate was one of only 54 delegates invited to attend the Ofsted Public Board Meeting at the Tate Modern. Kate's table was chaired by Dame Jane Roberts and the group discussed how Ofsted engages with its users and how Ofsted can improve inspections and regulation.
Kate later addressed the delegates and Board members on how Ofsted had improved its direct communications with providers but needed to work harder at informing providers of changes.

The Nursery was awarded a £500 contribution to staff training.
